Hit 2 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Guidelines & Member Rights

1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hit 2 platform and all its services. By registering on hit 2 or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Hit 2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or SMS before any changes take effect. If you do not accept the updated terms, please discontinue use of the service and submit a request to close your account.

1.1 Definitions

• "hit 2" or "Platform" — Refers to the website and mobile application operated by hit 2.
• "Member" — a person who has registered and created an account on hit 2.
• "Balance" — the combined total of a member's real money balance and bonus funds.
• "Bet" — a wager of a specified amount placed on a game, match, or event.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

2 Registration & Account Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register on hit 2. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Only one account may be created per phone number.
• After registration, hit 2 may request KYC verification. Withdrawal limits will apply until KYC is completed.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Never share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact hit 2 Support immediately.

• Using another person's account without their authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
• hit 2 will not be held liable for hacking or fraud if the member failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• After making a deposit, the Transaction ID must be submitted through the hit 2 form.
• hit 2 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect number.
• Suspicious deposits will not be credited to your balance until verified.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering must be completed before any bonus-related withdrawal can be processed.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• hit 2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by hit 2 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted the relevant terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 applies on your first deposit.
• A x3 wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each account is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time (excluding automatic bonuses).
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• hit 2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Referral bonuses apply only when the referred person completes a valid registration and deposit.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with hit 2's established policy.
• hit 2 will not be liable for bets that fail to register due to connection issues during live betting.
• hit 2 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• In the case of disputed outcomes, hit 2's decision is final.

5.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by their respective providers' RNG (Random Number Generator) and audited by independent third parties.
• If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue with the game, the staked amount will be refunded.

• hit 2 is not liable for losses resulting from game provider server issues.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hit 2. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Hacking, cracking, or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Impersonating hit 2 staff or employees.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to fulfil bonus requirements through accumulator betting or arbitrage betting.

7 Liability & Account Closure

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Hit 2 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disruption or power outages.
• Issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a member's own negligence.
• Brief service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

7.2 Account Closure Process

• Members may request account closure at any time.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the member.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations will not be refunded.
• hit 2 may suspend any account for investigation at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, contact hit 2's support team first. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to the company's higher authority. hit 2's final decision is binding.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Hit 2 is a firm believer in responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment — hit 2 sincerely urges you not to treat it as a source of income.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period allows you to pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Opting for self-exclusion will suspend all betting activity for the specified period.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
